  • We accept change-of-mind returns within 30 days of delivery.
  • Items must be unused, unassembled, and in original packaging with all parts and instructions.
  • You must notify us via email before returning the item.
  • Return shipping costs are your responsibility; please use a tracked courier/freight service.

  • Exchanges are accepted within 30 days of delivery, subject to stock availability.

  • Customers are responsible for return courier/freight costs unless the item is defective or damaged.

✅ Incorrect or Damaged Items

  1. Please contact us as soon as possible after delivery if your item arrives damaged or incorrect, and provide photos of the product and packaging where possible.
  2. We will assess and arrange a replacement or refund, and cover return shipping where applicable.

💳 Refunds
